The First GlossyBox Of 2012

Wow after a long wait the first GlossyBox of 2012 is here . It has been so long since I've posted a GlossyBox post , sorry . Well this time we have been treated to a bright pink box for this Valentines themed box . . . I think I am more excited about the box to be honest . I love the way everytime you open a fresh GlossyBox you get a whiff of something from within the box , my smells like lavender . We also got a little sweet treat , a yummy piece of rock with GlossyBox running throught the middle . I find I always pick one product from each box and fall in love with it so my Januarys Box Favourite is Mural Hybrids Skin Perfecting Primer - Dewy Finish . I love using different primers from different things . My skin is always matt so this Spring/Summer I am going to aim for a more dewy glow .

Sunday Nails

The weekends would appear to be the days I chose to repaint my nails and give you a little peek at them , a weekend well spent . As you'll see I have a slight addict to OPI's Rainbow collection , I seem to wear it all the time . . . it is a real firm favorite of mine (and SimplyJustNatalie's , she blogged the same polish a few days ago after a rather long mission to get hold of it) and it is a real eye catcher , while serving a lady today she grabbed my mit and starting yapping on about how great my nails looked . Only problem with Rainbow Collections is after a few days of wear it can flake off in one huge piece, worth it though . Anyway this time I have pair it up with Barry M's pretty pastel colour Berry 308 . Yum.

Place Your Hand Upon The Bible

At about 8:30ish this morning I oh so not cool and calmly strolled into my local newsagents and snatched the new SS12 Elle Collections magazine from the shelve , it hit our shelves yesterday but that moment past me by . I feel as though I have been waiting for the new clean and crisp bible to hit my desk top for the longest time . I even ever so coolly stuck my nose into the freshly printed pages then hide it away until Alice arrived at work so she could share the speacial moment with me . Between these pages are real beauties , we all already knew pastels were going to be the choosen colour this SS12 but seeing them all packed together makes them even more delightful . It is a feast for your eyes . I just had to let you see inside these glossy pages right away . Grab it now . . . Please .

 Over Monday/Tuesday I was in wet and wild Birmingham for a glamorous regional meeting with all other super managers from the area , which turned out to have its plus sides . I was rather excited to say the least about my little trip up to Birmingham , purely because it was getting me out of my shop for a few days and because the New Street train station is smack bang opposite the BullRing shopping centre , I couldn't believe just how huge this centre was WOW , hit that place if you are in the area . Sadly it seemed damn near impossible to find anything I really liked so just brought the chunky statement necklace above from Warehouse . As you'll see my Instagram addiction is still going rather strong , I even manager to get it downloaded onto someone elses iPhone , passing on my love for Insta . Enjoy a nosey at my few days away .

Naked2

Wow it is here . . . finally, the Urban Decay Naked2 , the sister of the first Naked Palette . Gosh it is so beautiful . Another palette full of twelve matte , shimmer and glittery shades for your blinkers . This time it comes accompanied by a mini Lip Junkie in Naked which smells like minty hot chocolate and a double ended blush , crease and shadow on either end . The packaging is so much better than the first Naked palette , the first one got just so tatty so easily . This palette has a hard metal casing that looks like it could take some knocks . I got mine from Debenhams as they were the first place in the UK to stock the Naked2 , House Of Fraser are releasing it in February with limited stocks . Like the first palette by Urban Decay , I would recommend this to everyone because it suits everybody . I use my palettes everyday for a natural daytime look and when I am off out for heavy smokey eyes . To get the best from either of these palettes I say you should always use the Urban Decay Primer Potion , I couldn't live without this primer , my shadow will not budge from morning to late evening with Primer Potion applied as a base .

This is one of them nosey posts we all love , it's our guilty pleasure . So the above are lots of the products I horde in my bedroom/WC/Toilet/Shower . I have so very many shampoos and conditioners as I have a thing about washing my hair with a different product everyday because of build up on my roots ! Eww .  Either way you can you can never have enough bottles in your shower , you need them all there incase one bottle runs out . . . keep supplies high .

My Top Three 

Lee Stafford Bleach Blondes This is an super amazing product for us with blonde hair wanting to remove any brassy , canary tones . I'd recommend this to every blonde ! It pulls out all those yucky unwanted tones and with a few washes makes your hair whiter and white . Try it and you'll see the beautiful effects . With over use though your hair will tinge purple .

Pear's Soap My mother used to buy this all the time when I was a kid . I would wash my hand in amazement at this transparent bar . Now as an adult I spotted it the other month in Tesco and picked it up to see if it was as good as I remembered . IT'S BETTER . Nothing leaves my skin feeling as clean as when I have used this soap . I use it everyday but once/twice a week I use my grapefruit scrub to remove any dead skin . Also it's only 50p, you can't go wrong . (if you get the chance to try the Soft Clean by Estee Lauder worship it as it's pure heaven , I can't put into words how much my face loved it BUT it's £20 a bottle

Soap & Glory Flake Way If you use this then you'll know what I am on about . . . it's luxury . It's aimed to removed dead skin from your pins leaving them smooth and smelling yummy . I like to use this when I am about to shave my legs because it removed all flakey skin before you remove all hair . I also have a little scrub just before I am about to fake tan .

 Mmm lazy Sunday . . . all day in bed with my laptop . All I intend to do is post , post & post and watch F·R·I·E·N·D·S ! As you'll see I did get up to paint my nails though . The BabyDoll polish was another goody from a previous Glossy Box . A massive dislike for us who love wearing a rainbow array of nail colours throughout the week is the drying time of polish , do you ever paint your nails in the late evening and wake up in the morning with the print of your duvet on each finger ? Annoying . . . & Smudging , breaks your heart after all that hard work . I am currently typing this like a total spazz because my loaded layers of colour are still a tad tacky . Hope you like them : ]

Deborah Lippmann Razzle Dazzle

This was one of the products I received in , I think it was my Glossy Box in November ? Or maybe December ? December it was . Thank You Glossy Box . Anyway I would have never of picked this up if I had seen it in a store and purchase it but as it was just sitting on my desk looking rather sorry for it's self and my toes were at the time naked , I thought I'd give it a quickie to see what it was like on . WOW , I think I applied two - three coats and it looks AWESOME ! I reckon it looks more like a glittery gel when it's on which is a lovely little bonus . For a full size bottle it is like £16 which is not to bad for what you are getting . I do usually use OPI polishes but I may of found a new love .
